Perry Township Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections relevant to Perry Township, Stark County, and Ohio. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision involving credit, employment, housing, or insurance
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Service
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing here or returned through a linked tool is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Resources
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, content, charges, or data practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, or current, or that an external portal will remain available or return correct results.
6. Limits of Liability

7. Indemnification

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not.

We may block or limit access, without notice and in our discretion, for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access discussed in the reference is subject to the Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43, and the custodian-specific statutes and rules that may limit or redact a record.
