Information You Send Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is handled by the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search entries. If you contact us, we receive the material in your message and use it to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting services may create ordinary server logs, including an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. We review this in aggregate for security, performance, and general usage patterns. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited technical information is used to operate the service, resolve errors, measure traffic, and improve the record references. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links lead to Stark County and Ohio portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The privacy terms of those services control information submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results provided by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Hosting and support providers can process the server-log information needed for their service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the routine data described above. Information is disclosed only when a valid legal process requires it or when disclosure is otherwise lawful.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and routine logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or user profiles maintained by this service.
Visitors Under 18
The service is directed to adults and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a visitor under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
You may ask about personal data this service maintains by using the Contact page. Ohio does not have a comprehensive consumer data-broker deletion statute identified in the reviewed sources. Because this service retains very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing material that can properly be removed. Ohio public records are different: a correction or redaction request for a Stark County, Perry Township, or state record belongs with its custodian under the applicable law, including the Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43.
